many kind of fish meals......renga,,,,salmon with tomatos,,,,,fool nabet,,,,,eggs in zabadi,,,,,all kinds of asal especially the bach asal with tehana and hot breads
Too hard, without any oil, or butter you mean.

@Katie and Kalooka: Mahshi and Foul medames got oils in them as well. It is really puzzling. I even tried to think about Oven baked dishes they are all got some sort of Oil, Butter, Sam'na and things like that. It is actually good question made me thinking about what we eat every day.
