Does anyone know anything about cooking with grape seed oil?

You can cook with it in the same way as you would olive oil. It has a nice neutral, flavor. I enjoy using it in stir frying and sauteing. And for a non-cooking idea, it's great with salads.Does anyone know anything about cooking with grape seed oil?
Grapeseed Oil has a high smoking point (485潞 F) which is ideal for sauteing and stir-frying. Studies show that grapeseed oil is high in vitamin E, and has the ability to raise HDL cholesterol. Its light, nutty and slightly fruity taste makes the oil a perfect base for salad dressings.Does anyone know anything about cooking with grape seed oil?
I use it the same as olive oil - here's the brand I like: http://all-things-italian.com/proddetail鈥?/a>
It is neutral tasting, with a relatively high smoking point, pretty good for sauteeing.
