Solubility Of Cooking Oil?

Which of the following would cooking oil be most soluble?

Phenol

Water

Ethanol

Hexane

AcetoneSolubility Of Cooking Oil?
Hexane it dissolves cooking oil well, and is used throughout the industry for cleaning tanks etc. I still remember welders who had to weld a cooking oil storage tank, they were sent in the tank before the Hexane (which had been used to prepare the tank) was purged. Two died and one was seriously burnt when they lit their welding torches.Solubility Of Cooking Oil?
Hexane, because both cooking oil and hexane are non-polar.
answer acetone. writing water as solvent choice is stupid thing for an oil.
