Actually this could be slight brain damage - really - which is having an impact on your olfactory nerve. Do you smell it when you are awake too? If it's not somebody else's breakfast you're smelling, it could be the first sign that you're going mental. Close all your windows before you go to bed. If the problem persists, book yourself into the wacky ward.
