brown parcel paper or white printer paper, place it over the stain and iron without steam. Each time the paper starts to soak the stain use a new piece to avoid it soaking back.Do this until the paper stays clean then wash with plenty of soap to remove the remainder. How do you get cooking oil out of clothes, dried in!?
If these clothes are machine washable:

Rub a generous amount of dish washing liquid into the oily spots.

Allow to sit for about 15 minutes.

Launder as usual.
Ordinary detergent should remove it, if it has oxidised and gone rubbery try a warm enzyme soak for a day first, then ordinary wash.
I use a product called M30. I buy it at our local Dollar General. It will work! Even after washing and drying. The stuff is amazing!
put a brown paper bag over the stain and iron over it.The oil SHOULD end up on the paper.
